When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, inquiry type, and message. In the Document Portal, we process your signed-in account identifier and email address, documents you choose to upload, file names, categories, sizes, upload dates, and review status. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

• To provide information about relevant Nexvar Lab services or products

Document Portal

The portal requires a signed-in ChatGPT account. Client documents are available to that client and the Nexvar Lab administrator through authenticated portal access. File contents are held in site object storage, and file details are held in the site database. The site and sign-in providers process information needed to operate these services. Please use the portal instead of the general contact form for documents.

Form delivery

Consultation requests are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered to hello@nexvarlab.online. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide this delivery service and applies its own privacy practices.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry information and portal documents only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information or portal documents, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the email below.
